Difficile à dire, UTS a du échanger 5 ART avec 5 STD (pour C11).
Il va falloir attendre septembre avant de savoir si les STD reviendront ou pas à Alsace (c'est-à-dire si la 38 change de matériel).

Donc:
3123 à 3127 = UTS C11
3128 à 3136 = UTN 9
3137 à 3138 = UTA C7 (ou C22) ?
